Wrapping-Up the 2011 Walk

Did you raise money for the walk and then couldn't make it? Did a friend give you a check after the walk that she meant to give to you before the walk? Do you want to make an extra contribution to help this walk go above and beyond the goal? There is still time to turn in any post-walk money to be added to you 2011 totals. Those monies can be turned in to First Presbyterian Church in Shreveport.

Also, did you take pictures or videos of this year's walk? We would love to have copies that we could use to promote next year's walk.

Finally, are you interested in serving on the planning team for next year's walk? We would love to have you come on board and help us end hunger one step at a time!

Walk Day is Here!

Today is Walk Day! Just as a reminder, registration starts at 2:30pm in front of Noel United Methodist Church and the walk begins at 3pm. The police will be diverting traffic away from the route so don't be late!

Also, we would like to thank all of the sponsors who made today possible. If you do business with one of them, please thank them for their contribution to ending hunger.
